Orders

Custom/Made-to-Order Items
Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable except in cases of defect or damage. Production time for custom pieces may vary and will be communicated at the time of order.

Electrical Components
Fountains with lighting or pump features include electrical components. Customers are responsible for proper installation and safe use in accordance with included instructions. Roobai Store is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or use.
